PKGBUILD - /usr/local/share/man exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem)

Hi, I am encountering a problem with the installation of an AUR package I have built. During the installation I get the following error message: error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) libtlsrpt-git: /usr/local/share/man exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem) Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. The installation script attempts to execute the following command: /usr/bin/mkdir -p '/usr/local/share/man/man3' Is there a solution how I can solve the problem in the PKGBUILD? Thank you in advance!
