Hello everyone,
Hi George!
As of now, my primary duties in the archlinuxcn community include creating/maintaining Arch Linux packages and translating Arch Wiki articles: - https://github.com/archlinuxcn/repo/commits/master/?author=Integral-Tech
I'm not overly familiar with the archlinux cn structure, could you perhaps highlight some of the packages you maintain that you think reflect your skills as a packager?
Here are some AUR packages I maintain: - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/qefientrymanager - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/qefientrymanager-git - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/linux-apfs-rw-dkms - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/caligula-git - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/clapgrep - https://aur.archlinux.org/tunet-rust - https://aur.archlinux.org/tunet-rust-git
A nice line-up. I couldn't find anything concretely to comment on, other than that the checksums for clapgrep appear out-of-date.
If my application is approved, I would like to add these packages into [extra]: - clapgrep - cpr - ctre - dissent - flyctl
These packages appear to have a fairly small audience, or be libraries without direct dependents. What made you choose these packages? The guidelines for adoption into [extra], for reference, are generally 10 votes, though as a package maintainer you can use your own judgment to deviate from that.
Additionally, I am also willing to co-maintain the following packages: - yazi - bcachefs-tools
Always good to have more maintainers. From the packages you've selected, you appear to be a bit of a rustacean. Do I know you from that space, by any chance?
Thanks for reading my application!
Good luck with the proceedings! Bert.
