Hello, I recommend sticking to IRC, or maybe matrix (I am not sure how well matrix is moderated, because I dislike the matrix protocol and refuse to use it). IRC is very well moderated and nothing will be let slide. You can also report issues to #archlinux-aur, or ask to PM a TU. If they attempt to email you, you can simply flag their email as spam and let it go to your spam folder, or better, set a rule to delete the email once received so you don't even need to read it. The AUR comment section is for reporting issues, and asking for support, it is not the place to slander other users. If you fear the toxicity of some users within the Arch Community, I strongly discourage joining any unofficial communities, such as the Arch Linux discord server, which always has a civil war about what is the right way to do something, or some controversial topic. Even if this user was right, and you adopted a package and did nothing with it, it does not give them the right to insult the previous maintainer. Hope this gets resolved for you, -- Polarian GPG signature: 0770E5312238C760 Website: https://polarian.dev JID/XMPP: polarian@polarian.dev
