Just for reference: a PKGBUILD does not actually distribute the data, so it would be completely valid to have it in the AUR. For example the acroread license doesn't allow redistribution, but that doesn't disallow writing a script (PKGBUILD) for automatically fetching it from Adobe and installing it yourself.
