[aur-general] Disowning some pkgs

Hello to all, I want to disown these packages: ktechlab, doesn't compile anyomore and it isn't maintained gpsim and gputils, needed by ktechlab and for some others pkg in unsupported. If anyone wants it, i will move these on unsupported. Thank you
