[aur-general] Remove smartgit and smartgit-ea

Hi, There is number of smartgit packages [1] and two of them have been orphaned: smartgit and smartgit-ea. The current maintainer alyst confirmed in the comments: [2] "Please upgrade to smartgithg-ea AUR package, smartgit-ea would not be maintained." and [3] "The upstream was rebranded into SmartGit/Hg. The new AUR package is https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/smartgithg/" So, I think the orphaned smartgit and smartgit-ea should be removed.
