Why not make this into an orphan request? A quick search for kgtk nets a link [2] to a tarball updated in 2011. PKGBUILD hasn't been updated since 2010, so I would assume there's something useful in the update.
The new version(0.11.0) is for Qt4 and KDE4, while this package on AUR is clearly intended for KDE3, as reflected in its name and description.
