[aur-general] removal and orphaning request

Hello again, Please remove zsnes-wip link: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=2029 reason: project no longer under development, package is massively outdated, newer AUR entry is available here https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=24361. Keeping a 4 year old wip package seems silly. Please orphan gpar2 link: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=3696 reason: I've flagged the package out-of-date 18 sept, emailed the maintainer 21 nov (no reply) and I have a simple fix to keep the application functional. This is something I use quite a bit, I'd like to update and maintain it.
