use PWAs instead of nativefier (was: Request to adopt unlisted AUR packages)

Hi everyone,

Those package aren't vanished alone but they were removed [1] [2] for being a mere shortcut with a nativefier browser around. Please don't resume them again.

on further note, nativefier is archived [1]. Instead, browsers can install a website as a PWA, so it appears like a native app with its own window. There is PWAsForFirefox [2] to do this on Firefox. Chromium-based browsers can do this natively (three-dot menu -> Cast, save and share -> Install page as app).
