[aur-general] Removal of zsh-systemctl from AUR

Package name: zsh-systemctl URL: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=51900 Reason for deletion: Included in upstream zsh, which is available in extra (http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/zsh/) I am the maintainer of the AUR package, and provided over six weeks notice that this would likely be happening. The git repository (https://github.com/foudfou/zsh-completion/) will apparently be removed shortly too, so zsh-systemctl-git (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=52097) should probably be considered for removal too (I am not the maintainer for that package, Feanor12 is).
