[aur-general] Merge grub-bios-bzr and grub-efi-x86_64-bzr into grub-bzr

Hi, Please merge grub-bios-bzr [1] and grub-efi-x86_64-bzr [2] into grub-bzr [3]. The grub-bzr pkg matches the consolidated "grub" pkg currently in [core]. I am the current maintainer of grub-efi-x86_64-bzr andn I was the maintainer of grub-bios-bzr for some time. I have informed the current maintainer of grub-bios-bzr via comments about grub-bzr pkg.
