[aur-general] rsibreak-svn. Remove or merge into new rsibreak-git

Hi all. Just updated rsibreak package on AUR to use git repository (it is said to be main development repo) instead of svn. As per info on wiki, would like to put a request to remove old package to not confuse users, or merge it into new one if appropriate.
