[aur-general] Please orphan: perl-config-autoconf and perl-text-bibtex

Hi, The maintainer of these two packages is not taking care of these packages and there is someone willing to do it (see the comments there). Please orphan them, it is blocking the package biblatex-biber! Thank you, Victor
