[aur-general] Delete request: polkit-efl-authentication-agent-git

Please delete: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/polkit-efl-authentication-agent-git/ Upstream has renamed it to simply polkit-efl, so I have uploaded a new PKGBUILD. There's nothing worth merging. Thanks Doug Newgard (Scimmia)
