Only latest CVS version now works. The "stable" version is based on an old ffmpeg release and also does not compile with newer gcc versions. It makes no sense to fix this problems in this version. Because CVS version works fine. Anyway, someone removed the packaged. Zitat von Andrei Thorp <garoth@gmail.com>:
Is it impossible to have a "stable" version of this software? Ie. Keep vdr-softdevice and fix it to the last release? Or is it the case that only the latest CVS works.

This is the last stable version of vdr-softdevice. But it does not longer compile on actual systems (because of gcc and ffmpeg). I made a vdr-softdevice-cvs package which works fine and should be used instead.
