Hmm. :/ I cannot immediately find their modified sources either, sadly.
buildbot-git: - license is GPL2, not GPL -- the latter implies 2-or-later Thanks! I was confused by the symlink /usr/share/licenses/common/{GPL -> GPL2} and thought that GPL is an alias of GPL2 in PKGBUILDs.
I can see why that could potentially be confusing. We describe that policy here, FWIW: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD#license
pulse-secure: - try to see if it can avoid installing in /usr/local... As jsimonetti commented on 2017-10-24 18:00 on https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pulse-secure/, there are apparently plugins (hostchecker) looking into /usr/local/pulse :/
Ouch. In theory this can be binary patched as the preferred paths are shorter, but... yeah. :(
After checking some of mentioned packages, I find there are much more issues than ones listed here, and the time needed in fixing them all is much longer than I expected. I'll look into them soon. Sorry for the long waiting.
