Hi, the package tor in the extra repository ( http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/tor/) has no maintainer at the moment. Next to that there are two security vulnerabilities in that version in extra at the moment.
Can you move it to AUR so I can maintain it?
greetings
usually a package from an official repo will come to community first if a TU wants to maintain it and then in unsupported.
Like a side note, did you contact the maintainer of the package and sent an updated build?

Yes for further reference, please don't ask for that here in the future. If there is no maintainer (and also none listed in the PKGBUILD), you can send an updated PKGBUILD to arch-general, there are more devs reading that mailing list, one of them may have time to update it for you. Well, I bumped the version of tor for you to 0.2.0.35 so let me know if something does not work as expected as I've no idea how to test it. Ronald
