It was GCC. As you can tell by the ID, it was once part of AUR. Judging by those IDs in URL lines, if a package was even for a day part of the AUR, if it gets reuploaded it gets the same ID.
There's no point in removing dummy packages, because they will be re-created in an attempt to track dependencies. If someone uploads a real package then all dependants will point to the correct place.
