[aur-general] Please delete this orphaned package

      Hi

Please delete this orphaned package "perl-errorhandler", this contains a
obsolete PKGBUILD.
There are another package[#2], with a correct {pkgname}
"perl-class-errorhandler", and correct PKGBUILD, that replace it.
