[aur-general] cleanup: duplicate packages

Hi, I've found two duplicate packages: gimp-resynth http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=6823 gimp-plugin-resynthesizer http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=12273 I think one of them should be deleted. In my opinion it would be better to remove gimp-resynth, even though it was uploaded first. It's contributor owns only this package and it doesn't conform so well with gimp plug-ins naming habit.
