It is. From "Arch Linux Packaging Standards" (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch_Packaging_Standards) Package should not contain following directories: /dev /home /srv /media /mnt /proc /root /selinux /sys /tmp /var/tmp Regards Stefan
