[aur-general] Moving ogle from [community] to AUR

ogle is a DVD player application. It currently does not build, it was recently moved from [extra] to [community] out of lack of interest and it has not seen a release since 2003. Moving to AUR. -- Sincerely, Alexander Rødseth xyproto / TU
