[aur-general] TU reminder: set PACKAGER variable in makepkg.conf

(This is also valid for some devs.) Please, remember to set the PACKAGER variable in all your build machines. It really helps being able to know who built a package through pacman -Qi or -Si. Thanks, Corrado
