That GitHub repository has no tagged releases or version of information of any kind, so any package would need to be VCS-based, which would require a name of "django-agpl-git". Therefore, the existing package would have to be merged into a new one anyway. It just doesn't seem worth it to keep a 3+ year old, broken package around, but it's your call. Jason
