Gmail's web interface has THE best approach to threading. Ever. If you have any other suggestion (web client or linux desktop client) which comes anywhere close please let me know. Evolution's threading just doesn't cut it, thunderbird's new one is close, but thunderbird is basically a mouse-only interface, the keyboard shortcuts are so horrific (and muttator is an abortion of a project AFAICS).
I've been using Claws-mail for some time, and I am quite happy of the way it handles threads. I switched to mutt a few weeks ago, and I found it to have a very nice way of handling ML (along with threading, of course). If you like keyboard shortcuts, well, Mutt is the best choice for you anyway ;) BTW, I've never used the gmail interface, so I can't really compare... -- "C'est mieux, mais il y a plus cher ailleurs" : ____ _ _ _ _ ___ _ / ___| \ | | | | | / / | (_)_ __ _ ___ __ | | _| \| | | | |/ /| | | | '_ \| | | \ \/ / | |_| | |\ | |_| / / | |___| | | | | |_| |> < \____|_| \_|\___/_/ |_____|_|_| |_|\__,_/_/\_\ GNU/Linux fan && Archlinux user
