*Repo has moved:* audacious-hg (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=25204) now uses git and has been replaced by audacious-git ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=49520) audacious-plugins-hg (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=11672) now uses git and has been replaced by audacious-plugins-git ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=49521) comedilib-cvs (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=22187) now uses git and has been replaced by comedilib-git ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=50864) dolphin-emu-svn (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=21990) now uses git and has been replaced by dolphin-emu-git ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=51679)
*Other Considerations:* emacs-git (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=48701) officially uses bzr. emacs-bzr exists (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=33337).
*(Just for reference). Repo has moved. Needs a replacement package before merging/deletion:* All mcabber-module-*-git packages have moved to mercurial. Some may also be built into mcabber-hg now as well. python-commons-git (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=47324) now uses svn. thrift-git (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=17977) now uses svn. phinix-git (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=48443). Dead repo. I can't find a mirror but the repo died only between April and September so another may pop up soon.

All removed. Thanks!
I didn't delete emacs-git because I don't know which one is official. Upstream provides both git [1] and bzr [2] repos for emacs.
[1] - http://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=emacs [2] - http://savannah.gnu.org/bzr/?group=emacs
bzr is the official VCS for emacs. The git repo is always a few days behind. deleted emacs-git.
