If it's marked as deprecated upstream then I think it should be removed.
I would also like to remove http://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/ibus-sogoupycc/ since it has been deprecated in favor of a new package ibus-cloud-pinyin-svn which is in the AUR but I have no intentions of bringing the newer package into community.
