[aur-general] [PATCH] Add URL to get maintainer of a package

This is a simple patch to make URLs like http://archlinux.org/core/i686/bash/maintainer return the current maintainer for the package in plaintext. I don't know if the code works or not since I've almost no experience in Django. I'm not sure whether simply returning pkg.maintainer shall suffice. -- Abhishek
