Arch gave notification last Nov that initscripts rc.d files would start being removed in Jan [1]. They are now actively being removed from official packages [2]. I'd say it's been safe to remove them for months now. Hi,
I'm the maintainer of the psad [1] package in AUR. The package comes with to init files, one for systemd and other one for SysV. As some time has passed since the switch to systemd my question is, is it ok to remove sysV init file from the package. Or should I keep it for compatibility reasons.
