I don't really think a wiki page is worth it. We're going to be constantly struggling to keep it up to date.
But what do you do with all the existing contents then ? That work should just get lost ? Couldn't all the users or TUs interested in AUR cleanup check that page, come up with a good list of packages to be cleaned up, clean it, and then kill the page if it's not worth it ?
