Nothing is listed as depending on fsirc. Which is not unusual, as fsirc is a client.

Yes, as long as the source is available and the program works it's better to search the web if the page of the code was simply moved without a note left at the old place.

I will keep then. I figured the download location would be not found either, but aparantly for now the author hasn't deleted the source. Thanks
