[aur-general] fcitx-qt5 not in group fcitx-im
Hello list, I found that the group fcitx-im includes fcitx, fcitx-gtk2, fcitx-gtk3, fcitx-qt4, except fcitx-qt5. Is it necessary to include fcitx-qt5 into the group fcitx-im? Best regards, StarBrilliant

Hello list,
I found that the group fcitx-im includes fcitx, fcitx-gtk2, fcitx-gtk3, fcitx-qt4, except fcitx-qt5.
Is it necessary to include fcitx-qt5 into the group fcitx-im?
Best regards, StarBrilliant

Well, the group "fcitx-im" is intended for installation convenience (especially for newbies so they won't miss im-modules for popular desktop applications). Since there are few applications in the repos (in fact only one: tiled-qt) that have migrated to qt5, and fcitx-qt5 is even a seperate project (not bundled in the main fcitx repository that used by all the packages in the group), I think it's useless for most "normal" users (only for development use) at least for now. Qtcreator also depends on qt5, I don' t know if many people write comments not in English , though.
