[aur-general] Please delete unnecessary pragha packages

Pragha has switched from svn to git so the svn package [1] is no longer needed. Also the current pragha package in community uses gstreamer so pragha-gst [2] can be deleted too. [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pragha-svn/ [2] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pragha-gst/
