[aur-general] Packages available for adoption
Hi, I would be willing to give up most of my packages in community/AUR for adoption in order to decrease my workload. Please check the list: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?O=0&L=0&C=0&K=Snowman&SeB=m&PP=100 and let me know if you would like to adopt some of them. Most of them are in the community repo but I would be willing to move them in unsupported if a non-TU is interested in them and if it's not something I use. The following packages are not available because they are pet packages and/or I intend to move them to extra eventually: agave anacron auctex colorgcc comix electricsheep hardinfo kdiff3 keytouch keytouch-editor kftpgrabber krename libqalculate lincity-ng pingus pkgbuild-mode prosper qalculate-gtk qalculate-kde wormux xmms xmms-volnorm xv Thanks, Eric -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.

I just want to stress out that all my community/AUR packages are availiable EXCEPT the ones listed below. The packages listed below are NOT available; I am keeping them. I hope it is clearer.

Could you or another TU adopt plib? I was only maintaining it because it was a makedepends for tuxkart. It's also used by other packages BTW. Now I have no more reason to keep it so I've just orphaned it. Thanks, Eric -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.

Done. It is a makedepends for my supertuxkart package too. Allan

Dang! I didn't read your post correctly. Ignore this one, I'll take a look at the other packages and see if there's anything I'd like to take. Sorry :( Anders

No problem. Geoffroy already did the same mistake (in a personal email). Among other packages in the forbidden list, he wanted agave and comix for which I decided to change my mind about. I just sent him an email telling him that. If he no longer wants them, they'll be available too. -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
