Just a quick question relating to devtools and aurtools.
pacman / makepkg now support arch=any, but AFAICS the current version of extrapkg (to which communitypkg is a symlink) does not support uploading packages built with $CARCH="any"...
Is this likely to change soon?

It is planned, but IMO it would be better to hold the adoption of arch=('any') until we move to new SCM layout (and this will require massive changes in devtools, so this is the reason). And AUR backend still doesn't seem to support -arch suffix at all! So until both of above is implemented/fixed there is not much reason to massively adopt arch=('any') IMO.

OK, thanks. I'll refrain from using arch=any until advised to do so, don't worry. I simply wanted to have a rough idea of the timeline ;)
