I am having the same problem as jake. New account, email is correct (won't let me create another one with the same email address -- taylork@alum.mit.edu). Have tried reset password for a couple days and no emails.

Arch runs it's own mail server which is sadly blocked by Microsoft. We've tried to get this resolved, but where not successful as of yet.

Oh, fair enough. In that case, could the email for the `vivi` account be updated to `info@viviaustralia.com.au` instead? (assuming Google doesn't also block Arch mail)
