[aur-general] ATi driver DKMS package - what to include
Hi guys, I am trying to resuscitate the dkms-fglrx package [1]. I am wondering what I should leave in (the ATi Linux installer comes with a lot of binary stuff). I checked the catalyst PKGBUILD in the AUR, while it copies a lot of libraries, it does not seem to copy e.g. stuff like AMD's XvBA libraries and the fgl_glxgears fglrxinfo binaries (which I think can be handy to be distributed with the driver). Any pointers as to what can, has to, or should not be included? Cheers Stijn [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=11661
I would suggest this pkg to be completely removed and the catalyst-hook to be used instead

Yup, removed.
Nevermind - seems catalyst-utils takes care of that :). 2011/12/18 Linux Lover <gotleenucks@gmail.com>
