Please do not delete packages just because they are outdated.

It's not just outdated. The patch provided is two years old and will not work with the current Nvidia driver or Xen package.

Maybe it's worth to give a try whether it can be solved and not to delete because of a non-working patch, because nvidia + xen works under other distribution too, like Opensuse 11.1.
