1. Is re-packaged under the python2 naming convention as it does not seem to work with python >= 3.0 2. Has been merged into the larger stsci-python which I am looking into packaging. It now does not seem to install alone due to weird stsci installation script needs.

I have found a duplicate package created by another user as well:
