[aur-general] telepathy/empathy removed from [testing]

Hi,
Due to lack of developer time to package this fully, the telepathy/empathy packages sat in [testing] for a long time and become out dated. Now they have been removed, so these packages are free to go into [community] if a TU wishes to do so.

empathy and all dependencies are now in community. feel free to submit bugs if i made some mistakes.
