[aur-general] TU bylaws is not available

From this site: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_Trusted_User_Guidelines I can't reach tjis url: http://dev.archlinux.org/~simo/TUbylaws.html -> Object not found! Error 404 Do I do something wrong or isn't it available in fact?

The server update required changes to be made for devs pages. Simo is not particular active these days so I have copied the files into my web directory and updated the link. Allan
