Gabriel, the correct link to download from Arch Linux Brasil is https://www.archlinux-br.org/download/
archlinux-br.com.br is listed in ISO download list [1] and in mirrorlist generator [2], but this mirror has 0% sync status [3]. How about removing it from the list?

Someone change the correct domain archlinux-br.org to archlinux-br.com.br.
I don't understand why someone change the oldest to a new one created yesterday.

Actually, archlinux-br.org was not replaced, it is listed below archlinux-br.com.br. The tricky issue is that an out-of-sync mirror is listed before a valid one.

Thanks, the archlinux-br.com.br does not respond to any query that I did. I guess the DNS Server from that is dead or broken.
