[aur-general] PKGBUILD for updated libtorrent and rtorrent
Following the discussions here, http://www.archlinux.org/pipermail/arch-general/2009-August/006881.html i have attached modified PKGBUILDs for libtorrent and rtorrent for updated versions 0.12.5 and 0.8.5 repectively.

those version are unstable. i don't think that they will be updated. -- Ionut

But they should at least be updated to the latest stable releases: libtorrent 0.12.4 rtorrent 0.8.4 Btw., in AUR they already were updated to these versions until they were moved to community. ;-) Heiko

Thanks. I'm away this weekend, but I intend to adopt these after I get back and talk to codemac (louipc told me he's not really interested in maintaining packages much more, I just wanted to double check with him before taking them over.) In any case, can you make sure this gets built with xml-rpc? Check the current PKGBUILD for the configure flag.

In any case, can you make sure this gets built with xml-rpc? Check the current PKGBUILD for the configure flag. sorry for late reply. rtorrent has xml-rpc support
