As you can see here: http://repo.archlinux.fr/i686/acroread-fr/PKGBUILD it's a problem with archlinux-fr repo: acroread-fr for some reason has a "replace acroread" line (I bet you use that repo for yaourt). So, blame the maintainer of that package.
