[aur-general] moblock, libnetfilter_queue and libnfnetlink orphan request
Hello, I'd like to adopt moblock AUR package and its dependencies -- libnetfilter_queue and libnfnetlink. All of these packages are out of date and the version of moblock currently in AUR doesn't work at all since 2.6.23 kernel. I've tried emailing the current maintainer (nice_guy_eddy) but his email doesn't seem to exist anymore -- my email to him bounced back. Thanks for your help, Filip Wojciechowski (fwojciec)

I sent him a mail two months ago, as I was helping Celos making a pkgbuild for nufw (which depends on these two libnet packages). Celos posted the updated pkgbuilds directly in aur comments, but I will attach them here if you prefer (with minor syntax changes to libnfnetlink)
Thanks Xavier. All packages should be up to date now. I'd appreciate it if you or somebody else could look them over, though -- I've no real experience with package maintenance so I'm a bit insecure about the whole thing at the moment ;) Thanks again, Filip

I don't have much experience either, but these projects look perfectly standard, so ideal for packaging. You can't find easier :) You simply throw the PKGBUILD prototype at it, fill the blanks and it works. Just repeating one little comment from molok on libnetfilter_queue : "try to keep the length of pkgdesc < 80 chars;" That's why I shortened it in the pkgbuild I attached previously. Otherwise, I think it's fine.

OK, I missed that -- I'll make sure to fix that on the next update. Filip
