[aur-general] Please orphan AUR package "tao"

Hey, Please orphan the AUR package "tao" since it has never been updated, the user seems to have gotten inactive starting somewhere 2006 and the PKGBUILD is lacking quality. I will not maintain it because I'm not a big Mono fan but others should be given the opportunity to do so. -- Sven-Hendrik
