[aur-general] OCaml merge

Since [1]'s maintainer inactive for 3+ years, it's ok for a merge - however, I think ocamlsdl should be the package name as it follows upstream. I'll merge [2] into [1] and disown [1] for you, if you agree :) (You may have to backup [2]'s tarball yourself) Regards, Felix Yan
