[aur-general] merge python-espeak into python2-espeak and python-espeak-bzr into python2-espeak-bzr
Can some TU merge python-espeak[1] into python2-espeak[2] and the development version python-espeak-bzr[3] into python2-espeak-bzr[4] for correct python package naming.
