Looks like there's active development going on[1], and the source archive is still present[2]..

If you're not interested in maintaining the package, just orphan it. I don't see a need to delete it.

There is indeed active development for the zend-sdk tools but the eclipse-php package is abandoned by zend, it was just a test environment for their zend-sdk tools, zend only focusses on zend studio and not on eclipse-php. so in the end this is the final version there will never be an update in the future and the tarballs will probably be there forever. -- Ike
