[aur-general] Disown request: tal-plugins
Hi, The package [tal-plugins](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44426) is out of date and doesn't build at the moment. Unfortunately I couldn't contact the maintainer since they haven't provided a valid email address. If it's disowned I can update it with a working package. Thanks, Frankie
